3, 6, 12- Month Booth
Lease, Showcase, and Displays Available:
Month-to Month is
available at an additional charge of $5.00 a month after the first 3-months
commitment.
(Booth space, size,
and location are flexible during the Pre-Renovation phase, so if you do not see
the size you are looking for please ask).
Monthly Booth Discount
Options
Rates range between
$75.00 - $275.00 per month, plus a 10% administrative fee on all sales.
Sizes range from 5’
X4’ to 16’ X 6 (all dimensions are approximate and first priority will be given
to all leases signed before the renovation is complete). Inquire about
other sizes of interest during the Pre-Renovation phase.
Fixture Rates
Please inquire about
our fixture rates i.e., display racks, shelving systems, end cap shelves,
wall space and consignment items.
Booth Discounts
Booth discounts will
be given for all booth lease-signing referrals. For each booth leased signed
the Vendor will receive $20.00 of 1-month lease. In addition, for the
Vendor who sends in the most customers within a month will receive a discount
on 1-month lease total lease, not to include the 10% administrative fee.
Condition: Must make
sure U.R.U., is aware of the new lease signer and customers sent in to the shop
in order for U.R.U., to keep record for a fair tally.
Consignment
U.R.U. will offer a
limited amount of Consignment space. Consignment fees will range between 30-40%
depending on the items. Please contact the U.R.U. sales agent at
