Booth Sizes and Rental Rates

Now taking Pre-Renovation Agreements for Booth Space and consignment

3, 6, 12- Month Booth Lease, Showcase, and Displays Available: Month-to Month is available at an additional charge of $5.00 a month after the first 3-months.

(Booth space, size, and location are flexible during the Pre-Renovation phase, so contact us so we can help you create a booth that fits your needs and budget.)

Rates range between $75.00 - $170.00 per month, plus a 10% administrative fee on all sales.  All new Agreements will be accessed a $20.00 processing fee for initial inventory and paperwork.

Fixture Rates

Please inquire about our fixture rates i.e., display racks, shelving systems, end cap displays, shelves, and wall space.

Booth Discounts

Booth discounts will be given for all booth lease-signing referrals. For each booth leased signed the Vendor will receive $20.00 off 1-month lease. In addition, for the Vendor who sends in the most customers within a month will receive a discount of $20.00 off 1-month lease total lease, not to include the 10% administrative fee.

Condition: Must make sure U.R.U., is aware of the new lease signer and customers sent in to the shop in order for U.R.U., to keep record for a fair tally.

Consignment

U.R.U. will offer a limited amount of Consignment space. Consignment fees will range between 30-50% depending on the items and length of time. Please contact the U.R.U. sales agent at urudecor@aol.com for more information.

Booth Maintenance:

Vendors are expected to keep their display areas clean the booth floor clean and clear for customers to walk in and out of without injury, and the merchandise dusted. Booths and cases should be attractively displayed and rearranged on a regular basis. A broom and dustpan will be provided for Vendor use. Vendors should supply their own glass cleaner, dusting product, paper towels, etc.

If the Vendor would like to purchase cleaning service for his or her booth a monthly fee of $10.00 - $15.00 (Depending on space size) will be billed to the Vendor; however, if U.R.U., services for cleaning and maintenance are retained Vendor agrees to hold U.R.U., harmless from any damages that could occur as a result of cleaning Vendors booth.

In the event Vendor fails to keep the display area clean and neatly displayed, U.R.U. will have the space cleaned and Vendor will be charged a fee of $15 per cleaning.

Booth setup and maintenance policy is instated to allow for U.R.U. & Friend customers to have a pleasurable and safe shopping experience. We hold high standards here at U.R.U., and know that our Vendors would not want to have it any other way.

Consignments items are accepted: Tuesday- Saturday- By Appointment

Condition-

Furniture must be without structural damage, veneer must be at least 75% intact, hardware must be present, and drawers must open. Vintage upholstered furniture must be clean, no large tears, no missing parts (i.e., cushions, feet, etc.) Pictures must have hanging hooks, no broken or cracked glass, and no water damage. Porcelain, pottery, and glass with chips and or cracks will not be accepted. Small chips or cracks are acceptable on “Some antique pieces.”

Please ask if you have items to sell that are not listed above.

Final approval of all items is determined at time of consignment.

Consignment Percentage 30-50%

Consignment Schedule:

·         30-90 days 30% -

·         90-180 days 40% -

·         Remaining months for up to 1-year 50%

·         After 1-year item must be removed or reduced in price
