Bygones and Beginnings

Time continues on as I close another door and transition through another into a new beginning. Saying goodbye to my small sweet shop was one of the hardest things I have had to do; however, has brought me to a new door that is opening at a steady pace, with each step taking me across the threshold into the light of a new day.

As I reflect back on the last year and especially these last two month I have to admit there has been some struggles and some victories. With each struggle I found myself questioning and examining all the reasons that I felt could of lead me to each specific obstacle; however, what I learned though each trial was to remain steady and constant and to never give up. Life is a lesson and we learn as we go.

Now, I will be the first to share that maintaining this steadfast mindset was anything but easy, yet help me cope within each given situation. The lessons I have learned are life experiences that will carry me though this life with more self-introspect and wisdom; wisdom pertaining to life, relationships, business,  trust, people, and family.

Therefore, as I say goodbye to my shop I say an enthusiastic Hello to my new beginning. I will continue to do what I love, which is helping people, AND Retiquing, Uptiquing and Antiquing.

A bygone may be something within the past; however, is not an end, conversely it  is simply a new beginning.
