Dear Consignees/Renters,
and Friends of U.R.U,
The recent change within
our personal life circumstance has taken its toll upon us, which in return has
forced us into selling our business U.R.U., (Antique, Vintage, Handcrafted and
Artisan Shops. Do to the recent changes of theses life events. It is with great
sadness that I inform you of our leaving the business as Owner/Operator of
U.R.U. This is written notice that
U.R.U., will be selling U.R.U., effective July 15, 2013.
I want to thank you for
your business, support and friendship. You have helped me do what I love for
the past year, and now it’s time for me to travel a little further along the
path of life, which so happens be in Las Vegas, Nevada. Please remember me years from now when you
think back about the little shop in Lawrence, Kanas we started and how we all
became a family of complimenting hobbies, business and interests. Know that I
have loved working with each and every one of you and that saying goodbye was
not taken lightly or easy by no means, it was and is the most bittersweet
transition in my life.
Lastly, please remember
to keep doing what you love- “Picking” fabulous antique and Vintage treasures,
upcycling, repurposing, and upstyling. One person can open the eyes of another
through the past and create a vision into the future by preserving and
recreating. All it takes is one person to make a difference!
I will greatly miss my
little shop and each and every one of you! You have all blessed me through your
friendship.
We never know what the
future holds in store for us; however, I am thrilled as I look forward to new beginning's in my continued e-commerce of Retique- Uptique & Antique's, which will soon be
online @ www.RetiqueUptique.com.
Who knows where or when I will open my new little shop.
